Now you can make your Balsam Woods reservations online ... for your choice of campsite, or cabin. Simply complete the form below. We will contact you by phone to confirm your reservation, and obtain your credit card information to cover the necessary reservation deposit(unless you wish to mail a check instead). During the Summer season (from May 1st through Labor Day weekend), we will contact you within 24 hours; at other times of the year, we may take as long as 72 hours to respond to your initial request. You are highly encouraged to use this new service in order to streamline the reservation and confirmation procedure. If space is not available, we will contact you. If you prefer, you may print this page after completing the form. The completed form may then be mailed with the appropriate deposit. In any event, please be aware that you do NOT have a reservation until availability has been confirmed and the appropriate deposit has been processed. We require a $25 non-refundable deposit for campsite stays less than a week($50 for holiday weekends), $50 non-refundable deposit for weekly stays, and $100 non-refundable deposit for monthly stays. For cabins, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit for stays less than a week, and $100 for weekly stays. Our cancellation policy: All deposits are non-refundable, however, your deposit is transferable towards a different stay in the 2010 season as long as you give us: 7 or more days notice for canceling on Holiday Weekends, and 1 or more days notice for all other times.
